Naomi, PT, DPT(Physical Therapist)
Naomi earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Towson University in 2019, where she competed as a Division I track and field athlete in the hammer, discus, and javelin. Following graduation, she served as head coach of a High School level women’s cross-country team and coached field events for both indoor and outdoor track and field. She went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2024.
Naomi’s interest in physical therapy began after sustaining a high ankle sprain while pole vaulting. Her background as a competitive athlete in volleyball, soccer, basketball, and track and field, along with personal experience managing recurrent ankle, shoulder, and back injuries, has shaped her clinical perspective.
She enjoys treating a wide range of conditions, with particular interest in ankle, spine, and shoulder diagnoses. Naomi emphasizes individualized care, patient education, and injury prevention to help patients achieve their goals. Naomi believes rehab should feel empowering—not limiting. Her approach combines strength training, movement-based treatment, patient education, and realistic goal setting to help patients stay active throughout recovery while building long-term resilience.
In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities including running, kayaking, biking, swimming, reading, and weight training.
