Established in 2004, Bethesda Physical Therapy is comprised of a staff of well-regarded therapists, some of which have been servicing the Washington, DC metropolitan area for more than 30 years. We were built on the purpose of establishing a \u201cpersonalized approach\u201d and are committed to providing our patients with high-quality physical therapy services in our beautiful state-of-the-art facilities in Bethesda and Kensington, Maryland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bethesda Physical Therapy believes that each patient has a unique need unlike any other we\u2019ve treated; you are not just \u201canother patient\u201d. Our therapists will treat your pains and concerns with a personalized approach, ensuring that your treatment plan is customized to your needs and goals. Your treatment plan may include both joint and soft tissue mobilization, muscle energy techniques, and other forms of manual therapy.  We will also create individualized exercise programs and protocols to help improve range of motion, flexibility, strength, endurance, and decrease pain. We may also implement traditional therapies like ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and traction to your plan of care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
