Carpal tunnel syndrome occurs when too much pressure is applied to the median nerve. This pressure causes the carpal tunnel to become irritated. This can occur due to repetitive motions of the hands such as typing and computer work.<\/p>\n

Fracture<\/h6><\/span><\/div>

Fractures in the upper extremities are common injuries associated with falls. This is because the natural reaction is to try and catch yourself.
