Main Street Physical Therapy is proud to say that we accept almost all health insurances!

We understand that insurance can be confusing, so as a courtesy to our patients, we will verify your health benefits prior to your first appointment to determine if you will have a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for our therapy services. Private Pay Plans

For those patients who do not have health insurance, are out-of-network, or those who may have exhausted their benefits, we offer private pay plans for all therapy services. Please contact us at 330-665-0006 for more details on this service.
